Slow Knife Design ™ 

• Slow Knife Design™ refers to the entity providing graphic design and related services.

• User refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services.

• Services encompass all offerings provided by Slow Knife Design™, including but not limited to design, branding, and consulting services.

• Slow Knife Design™ offers a wide range of creative services, including but not limited to:

• Graphic Design.

• Web Design.

• Motion Graphics.

• Branding and Identity Design.

• Packaging Design.

• Consulting Services.

• All materials, designs, and content created by Slow Knife Design™ remain the intellectual property of Slow Knife Design™ until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights to the final deliverables, including designs, graphics, logos, web elements, motion graphics, and all digital assets, will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Slow Knife Design™ provides a copyright protection certification for each project, including details of both Slow Knife Design™ and the client (whether a company or individual). However, we do not assist with trademark registration or legal name searches. If you wish to register any design or logo as a trademark, you are responsible for seeking independent legal counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant laws.

• It is your responsibility (the client) to ensure that your company/product name is legally available and free from conflicts before work commences. Should any legal issues arise with the naming after project completion, Slow Knife Design™ will not be liable for any consequences, and no refunds will be issued.

• Please verify that the name is legally available, and that it does not infringe upon existing trademarks or intellectual property before proceeding with the design process. Name changes mid-project can incur additional costs and delays, and we reserve the right to reassess the project cost if substantial work has already been completed.

Deposits and Payments: Payment will be required as follows, depending on the complexity and value of the work:

• For smaller projects: A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

• For larger or complex projects: Full payment (100%) may be required upfront, as agreed upon.

• Final payment must be made before the delivery of any final files.

Late Payments:

• Invoices are payable within 10 days from issuance.

• Late payments may incur additional fees and will result in delayed project delivery.

• Slow Knife Design™ reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

• Clients must provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and information to ensure that project timelines are met. Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials or feedback may result in adjusted deadlines and additional costs.

• A reasonable number of revisions will be provided as agreed upon in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.

• Slow Knife Design™ will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delay in service delivery.

• Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up until the termination date. If the project is canceled after substantial work has been completed, additional fees may apply for work done to that point.

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Slow Knife Design™ operates.
